Giverny


Get ready for another FRANCE post!


So while I was away we went to Giverny, which is where Claude Monet lived. We went to visit his house and his amazing gardens, which was the inspiration for many of his paintings. 


It.was.beautiful.


Near the house there was just rows of flowers and different paths to walk around but as you got closer to the bottom of the garden you walked into this area with a pond and all different sorts of trees and flowers growing there.

It was really interesting to look at where Monet drew his inspiration from , but im not very surprised as it would be hard to not be inspired living in a stunning home like that!
